Forward the mail you already get
Each business gets an address like northwind@usemonthend.com. Point a Gmail or Outlook filter at it, or forward a receipt by hand.
For solo founders and small online businesses
You already get the invoices. MonthEnd files them and, on the day you choose, emails your accountant the previous month as a ZIP and a spreadsheet.
No card to start. Starter is $12 a month after the trial. Pro is $29.

PDFs and images are stored privately. If a Stripe or Paddle email has no file, we try to fetch the invoice. You can correct the vendor, date, and amount.
On your send day — the 1st, unless you pick another — they receive a summary, a ZIP, and a CSV. You get a copy. You can also send the month you are looking at right now.
A short email, a download link that expires in 30 days, and a CSV with one row per receipt.

Fourteen days free, on us. The trial includes Pro features so you can see the accounting files. No card required to start.
Receipts live in private storage. A file opens only for the account that owns it, or through a signed link in the accountant’s email.
You sign in with a magic link. The link expires in 30 minutes and works once.
The monthly email goes to the accountant address you set, with a copy to you. We do not sell receipt data.
No. MonthEnd files emails you forward and files you upload. It is not a bank feed.
We save the email as HTML and a simple PDF. For Stripe and Paddle links, and for links that are already PDFs, we try to download the file.
Once a day we check whether it is your send day in America/New_York. That day’s run covers the previous calendar month. Send now sends whatever month you are viewing.
We keep accepting receipts. The monthly email pauses until you subscribe. Your files stay put.
Treat it like a mailbox. Anyone who knows it can send files into it. We rate-limit and refuse mail over 10 MB. Don’t post the address in public.
